Residential Training - Our customers feedback

Module 8, Pharmaceutical Packaging
Hilton York Hotel (25th Jan 2010 - 29th Jan 2010)

DBA recently ran Module 8, Pharmaceutical Packaging in York with 36 attendees. The feedback from the course was excellent scoring 4.5/5.0

As well as covering the basics in the Qualified Person Study Guide the course also took the opportunity to let the delegates get hands on and visit their supply chain including visits to the label printers, a wholesaler and some local Pharmacies.

We also brought to the course some of the key issues facing today’s QPs in controlled temperature storage and distribution and anti-counterfeiting concerns, including a case study on some anti-counterfeiting measures.  As ever we were delighted to welcome back to the course some former QP delegates in a subject matter expert role describing to today’s students the day to day challenges faced by a QP working in the fascinating area of packaging and supply chain control.

The feedback included some very kind and complimentary verbal comments plus some written comments which greatly pleased the DBA delivery team and the guest speakers including…

*     Good mix of lectures, group sessions and industrial visits.  The visits were an excellent opportunity to see how the theory of the course is put into practice in real industrial situations.

*     The course material was excellent and met my requirements for filling in the blanks of my knowledge

*     Another interesting, thorough and professional course.  Excellent visits and entertaining lectures.

As ever, I am delighted to report that the UK based QP role and its sister USA based Quality Leadership course continue to help Quality Leaders from both sides of the Atlantic to gain a knowledge base to help them perform as the best leaders they can be for their organisations.

If you would like to know more about this or any other DBA QP course please contact Stella Pearson-Smith and don’t forget in a few weeks time
